Purpose is to:
- Manager and animate the NCT, PS & NCR team and business interfaces to secure production lines in cases of detection of non-compliance products for both internal or external causes
- Defining, deploying and animating the processes, methods and tools needed to process NCRs (non-compliance reports) to reduce processing time and speed up the reimbursement of compliant parts to the line and replenish from suppliers
- Track CONQ budgets for projects CPR reviews.
- Improving team productivity
The role report to the Director Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the NCT & NCR teams, deploy versatility within the team, improve its performance
- Secure production lines through a reactive non-compliance processing organization
- Define the organization of the team, its governance, and put in place the indicators necessary to manage the activity
- Ensuring the quality of information needed by internal customers (Production / Supply Chain / Quality / Engineering / Finance)
- Ensure the robustness of the NCR documentation to limit and reduce imputation changes.
- To be the guarantor of the documentation integrity of the web portal provider on the NCRs and ensure the security of stocks on site, in case of proven supplier non-compliance (curative and corrective action)
- Define and deploy the methods, standard NCR processes and tools needed to increase productivity, reduce processing time and speed up NCR turnaround times in production (2hours max) to limit disruption.
- Lead and manage the NCR ordering process
- Organize team participation in different line governance and animation of quality & production (AIC, AQL)
- Identify potential recurrences and communicate to the players the actions to be put in place via the AQP/AQL (setting up stocks of spare shares, protection of parts, ...)
- Manage the load plan and track activity budgets in relation to the RPC.
- Animating weekly and monthly reports with the industrial quality teams
- Participate as an action leader in the site progress plan
- Develop and deliver tailored training to team members to enable them to improve and realize their potential while effectively contributing to the performance of the business
- Ensure staff work in an environment that respects company ethics, health, safety and environment policies
- Ensure internal reporting of the activity to all stakeholders and interdependencies in the NCR process
- Tracking the stock of open-site NCRs
- NCR processing time - measuring the depth of NCR processing
- Turnaround time for NCRs in production
- Ensure Stock accuracy & integrity and attend to blocked stock quality level
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Logistics Management and/or similar /equivalent to the role
- GSI SAP (Supply Chain, Quality)
- Good understanding of Analytical tools
- Problem-solving methods (QRQC / 8D / 5P.. .)
- Industrial and production background
- Quality Management System
- Previous people managerial experience
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Quality activities
- Planning knowledge
