ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Workshop17 designs build and manage flexible workspaces adapted to the new way of working. In August 2012 we opened our first location. Currently, we have 6 locations: 2 in Rosebank, 1 in Sandton, 2 in Cape Town, and 1 in Paarl. We will be opening 4 more locations in 2022: in the Western Cape, in Gauteng, and in Mauritius. Workshop17 will be adding more locations in the years to come.

As the Systems Administrator Intern, you will work closely with our National Coordinator to assist with system and platform updates, ad-hoc administrative tasks, basic procurement relevant to the role, and overview and follow-ups on the support platform.

SOME CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Daily, weekly, and monthly checks on various systems
– Daily traffic control of ticketing system
– Assist in keeping various systems clear of clutter
– Assist in monitoring FlexiConnect memberships
– Assist with app performance and enhancements oversight
– Procurement of marketing materials, office customization and supplies, and sourcing supplier quotes.
