JOB PURPOSE
To provide exceptional student /customer service by promoting the brand image of the institution with the objective of increasing the student numbers and meeting all targets.
The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
· Using sales and marketing techniques and networking in order to attract students.
· Developing a good understanding of students

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create brand awareness and increase student numbers
Attend Corporate business
Attending to student’s inquiries regarding registration and assistance on course material
Completing registration documentation
Telemarketing to prospective students
Assisting with Functions
Provide student support
Compile Feedback Reports and ensure that it is correct and delivered on time.
General Sales and Office Administration and Filing.
Assist with Career Presentations and Career Expo’s when required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Matric Relevant degree preferable Strong sales background essential Industry experience advantageous REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Self Confidence Presentable Ability to multi-task efficiently Time management and ability to prioritise Strong admin skills Problem solving Good command of English language Marketing and administrative skills Result Driven Computer literacy intermediate level (Microsoft Word and Excel, email, internet) Flexibility Project management Conflict management Code 08 driver’s license preferable Organisational skills Analytical Ability to work over weekends and overtime when required.
