A Multinational pharmaceutical company has an opening for a dynamic Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist with industry experience.

The Commercial Excellence division is a recruiting for a Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist that will act as a partner to the salesforce & management teams. The role will be responsible for Management of CRM system including data management, field force support and training, as well as sales and marketing reports for all available data sources, which will move the company to best in industry SFE/ Business Intelligence. A strong understanding of Pharma market structure and inter dependencies that influence the data sources is required

Key Performance Indicators:
1. CRM system management and creating insights through analysis of the inputs versus expected KPI’s
2. Data management of all salesforce relevant data sets
3. Management of external data suppliers
4. Manage budget for the data sources
5. Provide insights/ reports to the business on the data models.
6. Influence decision making process as informed by data sources
7. Interact with different BU’s in the organisation including Rx sales, Rx marketing, speciality and OTC.
8. Collaborate with Marketing and other commercial functions to use current Digital tools to enhance our Customer experience
9. Quality and accuracy of data set deliverables
10. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
