Specification The primary focus of the role is to make various types of reservations for clients/members, as well as actioning of timeshare owned weeks as requested by owners. This is accomplished by handling queries via phone, email, social media and/or face to face consultation as well as attending to assigned outbound call programs which will ensure the achievement of multiple individual, team and departmental goals across a multitude of product lines.


Requirements Key Performance Areas:

• Attend to reservation and banking requests which include but are not limited to:

oRental bookings
oPoints/Exchange bookings
oFlexi or fixed timeshare bookings

• Address queries via phone, email or face to face consultation
• Attend to queries on various Social Media platforms
• Perform additional duties as assigned including but not limited to Member Services

Position Requirements:

• Matric essential
• Proven sales ability, with a strong focus on customer service
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
• Above average computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Preference will be given to individuals who has an EAAB Estate Agent qualification and/or industry related experience

• An individual that will be self-motivated to achieve sales targets

The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays per roster system.
