Assist General Manager and sales team in managing daily operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment
Maintain company record systems to ensure accuracy
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues on all matters pertaining to the General Manager
Provide “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the General Manager and staff
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the General Manager’s ability to effectively lead the branch and Division
Assist with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations on Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
Composing and preparing correspondence
Making travel arrangements and completing expense claims
Matric and Admin / Secretarial Certificate or Diploma is essential
Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Good command of English language is essential, written and spoken
Presentable individual with strong organisational skills
Own transport
