- 3 - 5 years experience in similar role

- Gabonese Legislation including related international legislation
- Government Policies Local & International
- Service Level Agreements
- Gabonese, South African and the International Economy
- Employment Contracts
- All local HR requirements
- Interface with local immigrations
- Interface with the services of Immigration, Consulates, Embassies, and assist in the relationship with other government
- Ensuring that all expatriate documents are up to date
- Role may involve driving as you will need to meet clients etc.
- Representing the company before public administration
- Drawing up and managing employment contracts for national and foreign employees
- Drawing up admonitions and instituting disciplinary
- Ensuring maintenance of companys legal documents, including Articles of Association, Charters, Licences, Certificates, Permits, etc.
