Job Specification:
• Manage front end, floor and sales staff by ensuring the following:

- Perform opening and closing operations (as per stipulated hours)
- Delegate tasks to front end staff throughout the day
- Allocate floor sections to floor staff and ensure performance and smooth operation of workflow
- Monitor sales programmes by assisting to generate sales
- Manage communications with front end, floor and sales staff

• Customer service
- Provide quality telephonic service
- Maintain data for product information and features
- Ensure excellent floor experience
- Identify enquiries and complaints and recommend corrective solutions

• Administration duties
- Ensure and maintain up to date filing
- Keep record of all invoices, overseeing supplies and deliveries and tracking inventory
- Provide authorization to ensure better cash register transactions

• Ensure good housekeeping
- Conduct routine inspections for cleanliness, tidiness, stock levels and pricing
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues

Applicant Requirements:
• Grade 12
• 1-2 years Supervisory experience
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Good leadership, supervisory & organizational skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
• Must reside in the West Rand
