The facilitator will be responsible for training a group of 20 learners in the learnership of Food and Beverage Services NQF L4.
The facilitator will be responsible for facilitation and the assessment of the learners.
This is a part time position. Training will take place for one week per month, over the next 6 months.
The training will take place in Johannesburg.
The person needs to have a good understanding of Function Management, Food and Beverage Service, Table and Drink Service, Waitering, and Wine Service.
The person must have good facilitation and presentation skills.
A self motivated individual.
An ability to plan work effectively and perform under pressure.
Competence in MS Office suite and other multimedia presentations.Job Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant occupational experience in food and beverage service.
Must have at least 2 years facilitation and assessment experience.
Must have a relevant Food and Beverage service qualification at NQF L5 or higher.
Must be a registered assessor with the CATHSETA for the following programme:
NC Food and Beverage Services NQF L4 SAQA ID 14113
Must have a minimum of 3/4 years' experience within a Management position within high-end fashion or hospitality industry.Must have good attention to detail.
