The successful candidate will be responsible in assisting the department in the implementation and maintenance of administration for all compliance related matters. He/she will play a key role in a high performing team that ensures all deadlines are met timeously and learner management systems are consistently updated.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous compliance to different departments and stakeholders in the SETA/ DHET/ as well as Quality assuring bodies policies and procedures
• Engage and build SETA/Stakeholder relationships, and ensure the holding of records thereof.
• Research and create a process and workflow model for management of individual SETA requirements
• Apply for accreditation at all regulatory bodies, SETA’s and QCTO.
• Ensure registration and compliance of Assessors and Moderators (specific to SETA requirements and maintain currency)
• Manage Annual DHET statistical and compliance reporting together with the Principal
• Ensure content is regularly updated for all programmes.
• Document and record all quality assurance evaluations, records and communication specific to projects, departmental requirements and organisational standards
• Ensures programme course documents are prepared, printed, recorded and stored appropriately
• Effectively applies quality assurance procedures
• On-going input into programme processes and administration to ensure quality and consistency in work flows

Additional requirements
• Matric /graduate in office management/administration related work experience.
• Strong administrative background in programme administration in the educational sector essential
• Be able to work flexible hours, which would include some evenings and weekends to accommodate the various programmes
• Be able to grow a career and take on new responsibilities
• Willing to explore and work on different projects across the organisation
• Have a proven track record in a similar role and / or environment
• Have a car with valid South African driver's license would be an advantage
• You may be required to travel outside of Gauteng
